You will work closely with customer and vendors to fine tune performance, give suggestions on improving the Infra & Network stability and performances, reduce the outages etc.Responsibilities

• Minimum experience in Network Monitoring & basic administration
• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues
• Hands on Experience on Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds etc..
• Knowledge on VPN tunnel setup configurations on Palo Alto and Azure firewalls.
• Knowledge on SD WAN implementation and MPLS, Internet circuit deployment.
• BGP metrics and on which layer it works
• Hands on experience on Azure Load balancer and split tunnel VPN setup
• Basic Configuration of DHCP, NAT policies in firewalls.
• Knowledge on configuring Stack switches
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Perform Network health check-ups such as utilizations
• keep the network inventory to the latest
• Create architecture diagrams, documents and standard operating procedures
• Maintain and frontend disaster recovery drills, backup and restore procedures

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
• In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
