Role requirements:
1. Surgical Expertise: Perform complex surgeries on the brain, spine, and nervous system.
2. Diagnosis and Evaluation: Assess patients' neurological conditions through exams and imaging studies.
3. Treatment Planning: Develop tailored treatment plans, including surgery, medication, and therapy.
4. Postoperative Care: Monitor patients' recovery and manage neurological complications.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with neurologists, radiologists, and other specialists for integrated patient care.
6. Research and Education: Stay updated on medical advancements, contribute to research, and educate medical students and colleagues.
