You should be able to design, code, test, deploy the application without dependency on others. Youre also required to guide other junior members technically.ResponsibilitiesGood experience in People Tools (8.5X) (Application Designer, PeopleSoft Query, People Code, Component Interface, File layout) and reporting Tools.Technical Design and Development of Peoplesoft requirementWorking Knowledge on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules for any of these 2 tracks- Finance track (BI, AR, GL, AM) and Procure to Pay ( REQ, PO, AP, INV)Hands on experience on Application Engine, integrations, customizations, reportingHands on experience in Integration tools like Integration Broker, Component Interface, File layout.Trouble shooting various Application engine process failures, SQR failures in scheduler, error in people code and providing permanent resolution for the same.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experiencePreferred SkillsHands-on experience in implementing & configuring NetSuite and building custom extensions within NetSuite using SuiteScript.NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer) is a plus.Strong understanding of subscription billing, Receivables, Accounting and month end close business processes.Proven experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on ZoneBilling.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills (communication & listening) with the ability to build relationships across a wide range of Finance stakeholders with various levels of seniorityExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP), JIRA/Confluence and multi-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Data Analysts)Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
