Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - SQL and Dot Net Application Support In this role Responsibilities .Support application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements .Design and manage customers\' intranets .Implement, support, and manage secured applications .Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system .Implement preset operational standards and procedures .Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals .Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledge-base for the section .Relevant experience in support process .Resource should be willing to work under shifts .Knowledge on SQL queries Qualifications we seek in you!
