Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:
This role will be responsible for implementing various workload related to Microsoft Technologies for our customer base. The candidated should be highly motivated individual with a solid technical background. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing highly scalable and reliable cloud solutions using Microsoft Active Directory / Exchange /Teams / M 365 and Azure

Responsibilities / Your new area of work:

Provide a great relationship experience for all assigned clients and assist clients to expand their usage and adoption of Microsoft products.
Work closely with Sales Executive and consult with other team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client happiness.
Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, calling out meaningful issues where needed.
You will maintain client contact and provide status updates for all issues while continuing to handle client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic.
Demonstrate Microsoft cloud services to use the next generation cloud management solution
Collaborate with the teams that provision, customize, monitor, handle and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offering and drive continuous improvements into the management system to support these areas.
Hands-on expertise in implementing, consolidating, migrating (cross platform) large complex environments.
Drive client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and gather customer requirements.
Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives and functional/non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards.
Drive Messaging Migration solutions using Microsoft Exchange / Teams / SharePoint / System Center /.Virtualization.
Work with other team members and leaders, proactively identify and mitigate/resolve risks and issues.
Foster senior level client relationships and engage with senior level client stakeholders to gather requirements, develop plans and drive solution success.
Troubleshooting of issues on AD, AD connect, ADFS, Relay Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft365 E3 & E5 Security Components
Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the messaging solution architect community.
Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into reusable technical offerings/solutions.

Prepare LLD and HLD.
Regular updates to stakeholders.
Keep updated on Latest Products launch / motions / features enhancements.

Prepare and Maintain all the projects related documents

Technical solution presentations.
Conducts Tec days for each existing customer on new Technology.

Consistently meeting revenue targets. What we need to see from you:
Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience with over 7+ years of relevant work experience,
Experience working in a Services organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred.
Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
Having Microsoft Certifications (M365, Azure, SharePoint, .Net) is a plus.
Experience in delivery complex projects in Messaging and O365.
Experience with executing quick technical feasibility and proposal development.
Good understanding of Active Directory.
Knowledge and experience on Office365 E3, E5 Functionality
