As a member of the Mining & Metals team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative individuals.Scope of workAs a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage steel value chain related projects from initiation to closure, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Conduct market studies, analyse demand, supply and develop forecasts related to steel industry
• Undertake process improvement or cost reduction exercises in steel industry
• Develop strategic roadmaps
• Conduct benchmarking studies as needed
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.

Required SkillsAs a practitioner, you will work in teams led by partners, with colleagues and clientele belonging to metals & mining industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.Skills required:

• 4-6 years of experience in steel industry / metals industry.
• BTech in Mining/Metallurgy/Mechanical /Chemical Engineering preferred
• MBA or M Tech would be an advantage
• Should have good communication and presentation skills.
• Should have experience of working with steel sector clients / industry or relevant industry.
