The Consultant will be responsible for:

• Preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats affecting clients' businesses.
• Develop strategic plans, business models, and growth strategies to help clients achieve their objectives and maximize shareholder value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business processes, operations, and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and generate innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field

or

• Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy / Mining / Mechanical / Chemical / Mineral Processing

Skills

• Knowledge of the steel industry and market trends

• Report preparation and excellent MS office skills

• Analytics and research skills

• Proficiency in Statistical tools

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Client management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

• About 2 -3 years of work experience in a professional services firm or think-tank or economic research or metals & mining company related to steel industry
