- At least 5 years experience of working in roads sector with sector issues or policies in India or similar countries
- Prior experience of working in roads sector in Kerala
- Prior experience of working on road sector in disaster resilience projects/interventions
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-graduate degree in civil engineering OR graduate degree in civil engineering with a post graduate degree in management or any related discipline
