Title: Consultant, SD&P Methodologies & Standards Location: Bangalore Your Role The Consultant IT of Methodologies and Standards will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our Solution Delivery and Platforms Organizations in implementing and adhering to standardized methodologies and best practices in the development, configuration and architecture of our main platforms. What you\'ll be doing Develop, implement, and manage standard methodologies and processes for project management, delivery, and software development across Solution Delivery and Platforms Organizations. Develop and document standards and procedures for use of software engineering tools. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and recommend solutions to increase productivity and quality. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the application development process. Provide guidance and recommendations for tool selection and integration. Work collaboratively with other IT functions and organizational departments to ensure consistent practices and complete integration in systems delivery. What you\'ll bring Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, project management, solutions delivery, or consulting. Experience in developing and applying methodologies, standards, and best practices. Familiarity with industry-standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures (e.g, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively.
