:Role Proficiency:Under the guidance of Consultant II work closely with the client business and account leadership teams to align transformation programs with underlying technical solutions to business needs.Senior Technical Business Analyst (Data and Analytics)Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in data and analytics technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Python, and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for a pioneer in the industrial/logistics real estate sector. A strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, and data science concepts is mandatory. This is an offshore role, and the candidate will be working with the customer/business team in MST time. The offshore resource should work from 4 PM to 1 AM to ensure overlap with customer/business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Design and develop data analytics solutions.

• Create detailed functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.

• Coordinate the development and maintenance of data models, reports, and dashboards using Tableau and other tools.

• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources and systems.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data and analytics.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Skills:

• 8+ Years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the data and analytics domain.

• Strong expertise in Snowflake, Tableau, Python and AWS.

• A strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, data modelling, and data science concepts is mandatory.

• Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages.

• Knowledge on IICS, Qlik and Dataiku are preferred.

• Familiarity with other analytics tools and platforms is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in commercial real estate and finance domain will be a plus.
