You will also manage capability collaterals and collaborate on product/solution enablement along with capability leads.Essential Skills/Experience:Demand management: Work with Hyperautomation engagement leads and other analysts within the team to manage automation demands pipeline across select business units.Requirement gathering and analysis: Conduct requirement sessions with business/IT point of contacts and gather and analyse requirements for automation and LCNC platform projects.Capability Development: Manage capability collaterals and collaborate on product/solution enablement along with capability leads.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to analyse complex processes, identify automation opportunities, and map to solution platform features.Document requirements in clear and articulate language and deliver all linked project documents on time, with high quality.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
