Consultant, Government Advisory

what this job involves

• Government Consulting Experience in preparation of DPR / DFR for various projects Infra Projects
• Excellent Knowledge in Master Planning, Infrastructure Projects, Finance etc. is preferred
• Good understanding of market specifically with government departments, sectors, policies of Tamil Nadu with Pan India experience will be added advantage
• Responsible for complete project management and coordination between various stakeholders for smooth implementation of all projects of client. As per client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement, attend all the meetings and presentations/ discussion organized/called
• Prepare Reports, monthly progress reports, presentations, concept plans, architectural drawings attend stakeholders\' meetings, State and Central Level meetings organised by Client
• Representing the PMU and present the monthly progress reports to Member Secretary and other committee members of Client for their approval
• Project Management & Planning
• Experience in Transaction Advisory Service
• Coordinate with client for monthly invoices for process and collection of payment
• Required to operate from CMDA office at Chennai during the working hours or such extended time period as may be necessary
• Undertaking physical site visits and micro market visits to get orientation of site, location and collate information, etc.
• Consistently add value in the deliveries in terms of creativity, innovation, solutions
• Help achieve timely submission by understanding client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and proper coordination with team members, manager, business leads (if required)
• Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations, follow up, timely submission of deliverables.
• Open to travel within Tamil Nadu and Pan India for project execution work
