In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's identity management system, Exchange server, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of identity management concepts, Exchange server administration, and collaboration tools, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft Exchange server, including mailbox management, email routing, and troubleshooting.Monitor and troubleshoot the organization's collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, to ensure optimal performance and availability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement Exchange, and collaboration solutions.Azure Security: Configure security measures, including identity and access management, encryption, to protect Azure resources. MS Azure Information Protection.
