This role requires a strong consulting background, business process expertise, and stakeholder management skills to drive impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights.
• Optimize business processes, develop business cases, and conduct ROI analysis to support investment decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with senior executives and CXOs, delivering strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a domain expert, providing insights and recommendations for problem-solving and decision-making.

• You have a Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or a degree in Master of Business Administration/PGDM.
• You have 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or technology consulting.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector or large-scale digital transformation projects is required.
• You can simplify complex problems, think critically, and structure solutions effectively.
• Strong experience in business process optimization, business case development, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
