• Create end to end Transformation Roadmaps, together with key digital interventions and business cases to deploy technology, tools and platformsxe2x80xa2 Identify whitespaces in technology and digital footprint, work with internal and external stakeholders to drive development and deployment of solutions for whitespacesxe2x80xa2 Work with key senior stakeholders to steer the build-up and enhancement of the prioritized organizational capabilitiesxe2x80xa2 Manage relationships and activities in conjunction with Business Partners (Operations, Capability, IT, Client Partners)xe2x80xa2 Manage the outcomes of the transformation and strategic initiatives, track delivery and govern key cross functional processesxe2x80xa2 Support New Deals (RFXs) and proactive Client proposals by giving Digital solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful submissionxe2x80xa2 Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry

• Outstanding stakeholder management and Customer centric mind-setxe2x80xa2 Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in transformation for Travel clients Preferred.xe2x80xa2 Expertise in using MS Office, Minitab, Power BI Preferredxe2x80xa2 Proven communication skills and ability to lead teams such as with knowledge harvesting, upskilling, innovation etc.xe2x80xa2 Hands on experience in creating solutions and executing projects on RPA, chatbot , Omni channel platforms like Azure, Genesys, AWS , Preferred.xe2x80xa2 Hands-on experience in the identification, scoping and deployment of AI/Analytics solutionsxe2x80xa2 Possess strong organizational and time management skillsxe2x80xa2 Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skillsxe2x80xa2 Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred not mandatory.xe2x80xa2 Experience in Travel, Retail, Hi-Tech industry is preferredxe2x80xa2 Graduate (any field)
