: Consultant Dermatologist (Skin & DDV) Department: Dermatology Reports to: Managing Director Location: Hydrabad Job Type: Full-Time Salary: (70000 to 100000) Job Summary: The Consultant Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, including diseases related to dermatology, venereology, and leprology. This role involves providing comprehensive skin care, conducting clinical and cosmetic dermatological procedures, and offering expert consultation and treatment plans for patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Diagnose and treat skin diseases, disorders, and injuries.
- Manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and skin infections.
- Perform skin biopsies and other diagnostic procedures.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
- Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and adjust as necessary.
- Clinical Procedures:
- Conduct dermatological surgeries such as excision of skin lesions, cryotherapy, and laser treatments.
- Perform cosmetic procedures including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers).
- Handle sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and provide treatment and counseling for venereal diseases.
- Patient Consultation:
- Provide consultations and follow-up appointments for patients.
- Educate patients on skincare, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Counsel patients on cosmetic concerns and available treatments.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals including general practitioners, nurses, and specialists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and trainees.
- Research and Development:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and related fields.
- Participate in clinical research, trials, and publications.
- Attend and contribute to professional conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the improvement of clinical practices.
- Education: Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Specialization: Postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD, DNB, DDVL, or equivalent).
- Certification: Board certification in Dermatology.
- Experience: Minimum of [0-1year] years of clinical experience in dermatology and venereology.
- Licensure: Valid medical license to practice dermatology in the relevant state/country.
- Strong diagnostic skills and clinical judgment.
- Proficiency in performing dermatological and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Language: Telegu is mandatory
