- 1-3 Years of experience in data science, primary and secondary research, predictive modelling and machine learning.
- Experience with: Data exploration/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI is an advantage

YOUR PURPOSE
You will be part of a team that values curiosity, expert insights, and intellectual courage. You will engage in all aspects of data and analytics, including synthesizing data; conducting descriptive and prescriptive data analysis; and using frameworks such as hypothesis testing to generate and communicate insights, in partnership with senior industry experts to shape Aon\'s point-of-views, new markets, and sales opportunities. You\xe2\x80\x99d find yourself talking to the client, presenting insights from work performed during the day. You\xe2\x80\x99ll close the day by addressing concerns if any. You will also identify need gaps that help develop value propositions for our clients.
We expect you to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also recommendation on how Aon consulting can use output for client\xe2\x80\x99s business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients and internal counterparts to understand client requirements.
- Conduct deep sectoral and sub sectoral analysis focusing on but not limited to macroeconomic outlook, key business drivers, key business risks, talent imperatives through secondary research.
- Conceptualize and drive primary research across key human resource imperatives.
- Focus to be on survey design, data collection methodologies, data analysis and insight generation.
- Build predictive data algorithms using both primary and secondary data sources to be able to predict key talent outcomes for our clients.
- Work on productizing proven predictive analytics models and evaluate product market fit and build go to market strategy.
- Convert data driven insights/survey findings into simple engaging storyline and marketing collaterals.
- Drive internal process efficiency through introduction of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithm, NLP etc.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the business issues and trends in one or more industry sectors. (Start-up, IT Services, IT Product, BPO, GCC)
