Role Requirements:
1. Critical Care Management: Oversee and manage critically ill patients in intensive care units (ICUs).
2. Patient Assessment: Perform thorough evaluations and continuous monitoring of patients' vital signs and conditions.
3. Advanced Life Support: Administer life-saving interventions and procedures such as mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic support.
4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with ICU team members including nurses, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists.
5. Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients and families, ensuring informed decision-making and compassionate care.
6. Education and Research: Contribute to medical education and research initiatives to advance critical care practices and outcomes.
