Wood is currently recruiting for Consultant C & I with a sound knowledge of International Codes & Standards and General C&I Engineering & Design



Shall able to carry out all aspects of General C&I Engineering & Design to a high standard from first principles using client standards and in line with Project requirements confirming to safety and quality control within the man-hour budget and the project schedule targets. Be able to check the quality of work carried out by the engineers & designers. Should be able to guide in project execution the leads. Shall also be able to perform the lead role where required. Should have strong Revamp / modification project execution experience both with respect to control system and field instrumentation and packages. Shall be capable of handling C&I activities for the mechanical packages like Compressors, fired Heaters etc; Shall be capable of handling Control system packages independently. Shall be capable of performing the lead role for Project C&I activities taking full responsibility for Quality, budget, schedule, safety targets. Shall be capable of handling C&I FEED and detail Engineering for DCS, ESD and F&G system.


• Training and developing graduate/ Diploma Trainees.
• Technical Governance of the assigned projects.
• Guiding design & Engineering teams during project executions
• Checking and approval of Instrument data sheets, sizing calculations
• Checking and approval of MR, TBE, Post order vendor document review
• Checking and approval of mechanical packages C&I Engineering documents.
• Checking and approval of Design Documents
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical plant.
• Proficient & Independent working with DCS / ESD / F&G


• BE; / BTech with minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, Petrochemical Industries
• Exposure to Instrumentation software & Vendor software
