Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF ROLEAs a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers, overseeing the design and development of high-quality software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met and that our solutions align with business goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM.
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Master\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with microservices architecture.

QUALIFICATION

• BE/B Tech
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• 5+ years audit experience
