Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF ROLEAs a UI/UX Engineer at IGT Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across our web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals. Your expertise will help us create seamless and impactful user experiences that drive our successKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and applications, ensuring a user-centered design approach.

• Development: Implement responsive and interactive UI components using modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user feedback and incorporate findings into design improvements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to translate design concepts into functional and visually compelling interfaces.

• UI/UX Best Practices: Advocate for and apply best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and usability to ensure high-quality user experiences.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Contribute to ongoing design and development improvements based on emerging trends and user feedback.

• Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and implementation skills.

• Skills:

o Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.o Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.o Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.o Knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.o Proven experience of creating user centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and applications.o Bonus if you have experience applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems by creating innovative UI/UX designsQUALIFICATION

• BE/B Tech
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• 5+ years audit experience
