SummaryUnder general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for working on a single project or a work stream of a large project. The Business Analysis function plays a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required. 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of experienceMajor Duties :

• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
• May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
• Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
• May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
• More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
• Delivers a work product that requires less revision
• Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
• Financial services experience, particularly around portfolio accounting data and reporting
• Heavy emphasis in Data analysis & requirements analysis tasks.
• Perform data profiling, data analysis, root cause resolution analysis, problem solving etc.
• Create requirements documents, mapping documents, Process flows / data flows and other artifacts needed.
• Knowledge and experience in SQL and database platforms (DB2, Snowflake)
• Create ETL data flow documentation in a specific format (predefined)
• Production support & BAU operational model
• Past experience with Agile methodology, ceremonies, sprint planning, etc. - scaled agile/scrum, or kanban
• Familiarity with ADO work items, dashboards, and managing stories / tasks . Or other agile methodology tools; i.e. JIRA
• Knowledgeable with Power BI or other related analysis tools a plus
• Prior project BA experience with Fundmaster, GFA, and/or the global and domestic dataload is a plus

Knowledge :\xe2\x80\xa2 More technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
