Role Description Key SME in the DPO office managing compliance operations and liasing with the relevant stakeholders for strategic accounts / projects and relevant external parties (as necessary) Mandatory - Certification in Privacy domain e.g CIPP/E, CIPM and others. Experience in working on various Privacy laws with graduation in Law. 3-4 years of experience in Privacy domain, GDPR and or any equivalent data privacy laws Good analytical skills, communication skills, data protection and privacy. Must have a flair for Privacy, Data Protection Must be very good at communication skills - oral and written Must have worked in the privacy domain for at least4 years Responsible for ensuring DPIAs are done for all new projects to data protection compliance applicability Responsible for driving compliance to contracts and DPAs Track and monitor, report metrics related to compliance based on customer contracts Review DPIAs and work with Delivery/Sales/Support functions for Vendors (Controller and Processor) Providesguidance to teams on implementation of the privacy related controls and performs periodic data privacy audits, under the direction of the DPO End to end operations management related to data protection compliance for the organization Conduct review of action items and drive closure Build Privacy compliance awareness in teams Desirable - Experience working with tools like One Trust, BigID and others in the Privacy governance and operations management.
