The HGS DigitalInnovation Team is designed to create products and solutions relevant forenterprises, discover innovations and to contextualize and experiment with themwithin a specific industry. This unit provides an environment for theexploration, development, testing and solutions of Cloud-based Contact Center asa Service (CCaaS). In addition to that it also looks at rapid deployment atscale and sustainability of these solutions for target business impacts. Responsibilities: . As a core member of our development team, youwill design and develop new product ideas and features from conception to finalimplementation that improve business operations and manage the complexityinherent in technological upgrades and changes. . You should be comfortable with both front-endand back-end application development, frameworks, third-party products, tools,and libraries using modern technology stack. . Develop and deliver complex Single-PageApplications (SPA) that make use of Micro Frontends and Services developedusing HTML5, CSS, React, Node and/or TypeScript, AWS and/or Azure. . Build and maintain complex DevOps pipelines, including buildautomation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, monitoring, logging, andalerting. . Integrate product ideas, features, andsolutions with industry leading CCaaS platforms like Amazon Connect, TwilioFlex, Microsoft DCCP, Google CCAI, Genesys Cloud and other third-partyapplications and systems. . Analyzing complex project-related problems andcreating innovative solutions involving discovery, scheduling, technology,methodology, tools, and solution components. . Contributing to building a reliable, flexible,and extensible set of shared services, APIs, and operational tools. . Work with sales, product, and operations teamsto build solutions that are well-planned and delivered on time. Qualifications: Bachelor\'\'\'\'s degree or equivalent in computerscience / information systems or related field. . 6+ years of product development experiencebuilding large-scale web applications. . Professional level understanding of webfront-end and back-end, languages, and technologies such as React.js , Node.js, TypeScript , HTML5, AWS and/or Azure ) . Expertise in building micro frontends , microservices , cloud native applications , and containerization technologies. . Expertise in development of RESTful APIsand SOAP services using message formats such as JSON or XML. . Experience with infrastructure as code ( IaC )tools such as Terraform , Ansible , Puppet , Chef , using Kubernetes , OpenShift , and AWS / Azure. . Experience working on Linux basedinfrastructure with good command over any scripting language such asPowerShell, Python, Ruby, etc. . Expertise in designing frameworks forautomation, performance, load, security, logging, monitoring, and alerts. . Actively participate in Design, Code review,Backlog grooming, Agile ceremonies, and work with peers to meet team\'\'\'\'s sprintcommitments. . Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly. Nice to have: . 3+ years of experience designing and deploying CCaaSsolutions on Amazon Connect / Twilio Flex / Google CCAI / Genesys / Avaya /Nice / Five9 or any other industry leading platform. . Familiarity with IVR/IVA call flows, digitalchannels including email/chat/SMS/social/AI, reporting, workforce management,and analytics by leveraging APIs and integrations.
