We are looking forward to hireAWS Iaas, Paas Professionals in the following areas : Experience 4-6 Years Linux Requirements and Responsibilities: Previous working experience as a Linux Administrator for (x) year(s). Must have in depth knowledge of all Linux environments operations: SUSE, RedHat, Ubuntu etc. Ability to perform Linux OS upgrades/Patching/software installations. Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantage. Understand enterprise monitoring tools and management frameworks. Familiarity with open-source tools, bug tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance with security updates to alleviate potential exploits. Able to provide RCA for any OS related issues. Ability to perform activity in complex multi cloud environment and understand the customer technologies Planned Roles and Responsibilities : Team Member required to support migration projects of Global IT Infrastructure (24x7) and services Understanding of Cloud Security and Networking Concepts and practices Incident resolution using SOP and required to prepare Incident recording, Validation and Qualification Bridge opening/handling and coordination with Service Owners and stakeholders as per the list provided Timely acknowledgement, ticket update, notification and tracking of the incidents including the critical incidents Willing to work rotating shifts including night shifts (Compulsory) Solid Cloud skills in AWS IaaS Experience with a scripting language/PowerShell/python Experience working with ITSM, Monitoring tools and process Required Technical Competencies Cloud Requirements and Responsibilities: AWS Organizations, AWS Landing Zone, AWS Control Tower, IAM Identity Center, AWS Shield - VPC Security, AWS Inspector, AWS Security Hub, Compute - EC2, AWS Marketplace Subscriptions, AWS Security Groups, VPC Setup and configuration, Network Firewall, AWS site -site tunnel configuration, CLI, AWS Backup, System Manager, CloudWatch, S3 operations, ELB, ACM, CEDR, AWS EDRS, AWS MGN, AWS WAF, Cost Explorer, Billing. Good knowledge on Windows & Linux & SUSE OS operations for OS upgrade/Patching/troubleshooting. IncidentProblem Management - Will be required to lead incidentproblem management efforts to help identify and resolve production and service-related issues. Change Management - Manage and coordinate changes within the Service Now change management. system. Attend Change Management review meetings to present upcoming changes and seek approvals Education, Skill, and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor\'s / Master\'s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology AWS, Linux & MCSE certification Excellent skills in Infrastructure Landscape. Good Communication, reporting and presentation skills. Good to have Migration knowledge of IT Infrastructure projects and successfully executed at least few projects in prior experience 7+ years of experience working in Linux, Infra Support & Cloud operations role 7+ years of experience working in AWS Cloud environments Required Behavioral Competencies Accountability : Takes responsibility for and ensures accuracy of own work, as well as the work and deadlines of the team.
