Implement identity and Access Management access control to AWS portal and resources
Perform infrastructure migration (physical or virtual) to Cloud, as and when required
Actively participate in weekly Ops and design calls, monthly and quarterly meetings with clients
Define and provide the correct level of access to team members
Actively work on hosting cost reduction initiatives (auto shutdown-start-up non-prod VMs during off-hour, BYOL, clean-up of unallocated disks, NIC, and old snapshots)
Implement and troubleshoot Cloud VDI (Virtual Desktop Environment)
Actively participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring L1 and L2 associates
Contribute to automate repetitive tasks (like VM provision, patching, etc.)
Create SOW for new engagements and projects
Required Technical Competencies
Experience in installation, configuration, and ongoing management of Linux & Windows based solutions on AWS
Strong understanding of Operating systems (Linux and Windows) and troubleshooting methodologies
Good experience in patching Windows/Linux servers in AWS platform
Experience in creating and managing Autoscaling EC2 instances using VPCs, Elastic Load Balancers, IAM, LakeFormation and other services across multiple availability zones.
Experience in AWS services such as CloudFront, ALB, EC2, RDS, Route 53 etc
Experience in deployment, automation, management and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production systems
Working knowledge on TCP/IP, NFS, NIS, DNS, DCE/DFS, LDAP, LPAR, SNMP, Workload balancing
Monitor site reliability and performance
Analyse trends to pro-actively prevent incidents
Experience in problem solving and resolve complex issues ranging from OS and application faults to creatively improving
Experience and knowledge on Git, CICD Pipeline, AWS Devops, CDK, Bit Bucket, Terraform, Docker Engine, Containers & Kubernetes will be an advantage
Requires the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Knowledge of Cloud providers Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform will be an advantage
Ability to be part of an On-Call Rotation and perform weekend activities as needed in a global 24\xc3\x977 environment
ITIL Process certified
Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment
