•The Analytics and Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing data to drive business insights and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves implementing and maintaining MDM strategies and frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality. Responsibilities•

• •Develop and maintain master data management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality.•
• •Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data standards and regulations.•
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and define data models for analytics solutions.•
• •Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams for effective data management.•
• •Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and develop remediation strategies.•
• •Design and implement data validation and cleansing processes to improve data accuracy and completeness.•
• •Collaborate with IT teams to implement data integration and transformation processes to support analytics initiatives.•
• •Develop and maintain analytical models and algorithms to derive insights from data.•
• •Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.•
• •Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and MDM to continuously improve data management capabilities.•

•Minimum Qualifications •BE /B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA•

•Preferred qualifications•

• •Proven experience in data management, analytics, and MDM, preferably in a large organization.•
• •Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and MDM frameworks.•
• •Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.•
• •Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data warehousing.•
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.•
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.•
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.•
