Job Description
Constructions Head The Constructions Head will guide, direct and lead the Constructions Team,thoroughly knowledge in Real Estate Industry - Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the constructions Team to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. -Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, costings and budget -Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives - Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures . - Set departments\' high-level goals, objectives and plans and work with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their work - Review the operating results of the company & compare them to established objectives and goals, and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree BE Civil
- 10+ years\' experience in real estate high rise building project.
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
- Day shift
- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
