Designation: Welder

Work Experience: Experience in truss, renovation works, steel -doors, and window works

Salary: 23,000 to 25,000 INR

Leave: 4 days per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Food: To be taken care of by the candidate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welding and Fabrication:
• Perform welding tasks including the fabrication and installation of trusses, doors, and windows.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the specific welding requirements.
• Select appropriate welding equipment, tools, and materials for each project.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect and ensure the quality of welded joints and structures.
• Conduct tests and inspections to verify the strength and integrity of welds.
• Make necessary adjustments to welding techniques and processes to meet quality standards.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ensure the work area is free of hazards and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members, including site engineers, supervisors, and construction workers, to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate welding tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding trusses, doors, and windows.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Arc welding).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
