Construction Supervisor
Job Description
:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in construction site management, a diploma in civil engineering, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction activities on site
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with contractors and laborers
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in construction site management
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
