Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor ( Contract )

Location: Harsil, Uttarakhand

Project Duration: 4 to 5 Months

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee a construction project for a duration of 4 to 5 months. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in construction supervision and possess a strong ability to read and interpret drawings and details. This role requires effective liaison between architects and contractors to ensure project specifications are met and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily onsite activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.

Act as the primary point of contact between architects and contractors, facilitating clear communication and resolving any issues that arise.

Monitor progress of construction activities and ensure timelines are adhered to.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

Address any onsite challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with the project schedule.

Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, details, and specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or site supervision are a plus.

• Harsil, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Willingness to travel:
