Construction Site Supervisor
Job Description
• Managing workers : Create work schedules, define responsibilities, and provide training
• Ensuring safety : Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Managing materials : Order construction materials and ensure they are delivered on time
• Reviewing plans : Check that building plans and blueprints meet building regulations
• Inspecting the site : Regularly inspect the site to identify hazards and maintain health and safety standards
• Providing reports : Provide regular reports to the site manager or construction manager
• Resolving issues : Act as the point of contact on-site to resolve issues that may arise
