Job Summary: The Construction Site Manager will oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in road development, sewer systems, and rainwater harvesting.

Additionally, they must be proficient in interpreting revenue maps and making strategic decisions based on this data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site managers, engineers, and other staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Interpret revenue maps and utilize this data to make informed strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on road development, sewer systems, and rainwater harvesting.
• Proven experience in interpreting and utilizing revenue maps for strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must know AUTOCAD-2D

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
