Role Description

Note: These roles and responsibilities may vary depending on the organization's specific needs and goals.

1. Oversees daily operations, manage construction projects

2. Assists with day-to-day tasks

3. Coordinates with Suppliers, Contractors and Vendors

4. Maintains records and reports

5. Manages inventory and procurement

6. Ensures timely delivery of goods and services

7. Conducts audits and inspections of materials, optimize operational processes.

8. Identifies and addresses quality issues & Collaborates with teams to improve quality.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Construction Management, and Operations Planning skills
• 2yrs+ Experience in managing construction projects and coordinating teams
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Renumeration- 3.6lpa to 4.2lpa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?39,772.68 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
