Job Title: Construction Project Manager Years of Experience: 3-4 Key Responsibilities - Project Planning and Management:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion. - Site Management: Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Oversee and manage site workers, subcontractors, and construction activities. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays. - Budget and Resource Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget. Allocate and manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment. - Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports. Utilize Excel to prepare timelines, reports, and project tracking documents. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project status. - Communication and Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any issues that arise. Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Skills and Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Experience:3-4 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record of managing construction sites and delivering projects on time and within budget. - Technical Skills: Proficient in using project management software and tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for preparing timelines, reports, and project tracking. - Competencies: Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
