Roles & Responsibility:
1. Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with
specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
2. Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation and critical
milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.
3. Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor
management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
4. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or
potential risks.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and
project specifications.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports, change
orders and as-built drawings.
7. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address project
requirements, provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
8. Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and
encouraging productivity.
9. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during construction, implementing appropriate solutions
and escalating when necessary.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, construction technologies and best practices, identifying
opportunities for process improvements.
11. Knowledge of cost control and budget management techniques.
12. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
13. Must be known Material Planning and Reconciliation.
14. Must be known about Interior fit out Project, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing with additional advantage), and detailed project drawings. Major Interior Projects done.
15. Must have Knowledge of AutoCAD and Read Drawings.
16. Must be able to Prepare Site billing for Client.
17. Must be known about Reviewing for subcontractor's claim billing.
18. Must have Good Knowledge of Site Measurement.
