Role Description Moduco is seeking a Construction Production and Quality Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Construction Production and Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all off-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. The Responsibilities are as follows... - Collaborate closely with a Quantity Surveyor to accurately estimate project costs, create budgets, and closely monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle. - Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within defined specifications, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project success. - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, considering QS input for cost analysis. - Monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as required. - Communicate effectively with project manager , stakeholders, team members to provide project updates and address any concerns. - Oversee inventory of materials, equipment, and subcontractors to manage costs. - Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting financial aspects managed by the Quantity Surveyor. - Resolve conflicts and address any issues that arise during the project, promoting a positive working atmosphere Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling construction projects, managing budgets, and overseeing quality control processes is required. Experience in modular construction is preferred, but not required. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to lead and manage a diverse team is required. Knowledge of local construction regulations, codes, and standards is required.
