Construction Manager
Job Description
:
Graduate in Mechanical, industrial Engineering with minimum 12 Years of experience.
Shall have minimum 5 years of industrial projects experience in refineries, Steel plants or Factories.
Should have handled both Static & Rotary Equipment Erection, tankage Fabrication & Erection Works & commissioning of the projects
Should have held a Leadership Position in a large project in Mechanical Construction and a competent integrator for delivery.
Desirable to have knowledge on computers and with soft tools like MS Office, AutoCAD, Scheduling.
Interfaces directly with client to define project requirements and approvals.
Lead Project team /resources, providing project guidance and direction to achieve goals.
Implement project documentation governance aligned with internal and client requirements.
Prepare Catch Up Plans to meet the project objectives, budget and schedules.
Manage and coordinate all onsite sub contractor activities for compliance with Schedule, QMS and EHS requirements.
