JOB DESCRIPTION - Collaborate with the project team to identify and select qualified contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for residential construction projects - Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and vendors, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment - Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, including adherence to project schedules, compliance with safety regulations, and quality of workmanship - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that project designs, specifications, and requirements are effectively conveyed to contractors - Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays in construction progress, working with contractors to find timely solutions - Manage project budgets and control costs by monitoring contractor expenses, change orders, and resource allocation - Oversee the documentation of contractor activities, progress reports, and project milestones REQUIREMENTS - M tech/ME Civil graduation - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and handling team of contractors in residential projects. - Should have experience in managing minimum 10 engineers & coordinating 10 contractors in a specific company. - Ready to travel to multiple projects across different districts. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Job location - Thrissur/Palakkad - Package \xe2\x80\x93 Up to 7.20 Lac LPA Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Schedule:
