Construction Manager
Job Summary:
The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations while maintaining high-quality standards .
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership:Supervise and coordinate activities of construction teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment.
Budget Management:Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets all specifications and standards.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, finding effective and timely solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work on-site and in an office environment.
- May require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?840,000.00 per year
