DIPLOMA IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (DCE)
1. Site Execution Manager for Civil & Architectural works
2. Quantification and finalization of requirement of various resources
3. Scheduling of monthly, weekly, and daily activities,
4. Ensuring smooth site execution maintaining safety standards and quality requirements.
5. Daily, weekly progress reporting and catch-up plan
6. Subcontractor management
7. Productivity analysis and take necessary action
8. Reconciliation of materials, Consumables and works
9. Coordination with various departments like Planning, Stores, HR, Quality and EHS at site level
10. Coordination with concerned departments at HO
11. Establish and maintain relationship with Customer for smooth & seamless inspection of various activities, site execution
12. Ensure execution of all works as per agreed schedule within budgeted numbers
