The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on both civil engineering and interior design. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Qualifications and Experience:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Professional certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5-6 years of experience with a focus on civil and interior projects in Hospitality Industry.\xc2\xb7 Should have 12+ years of experience in construction management.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.\xc2\xb7 Excellent project management and organizational skills.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to lead and motivate construction teams.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in construction management software and tools.\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Duties & Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and progress.Construction Oversight:\xc2\xb7 Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.\xc2\xb7 Manage and lead construction teams, providing direction and support as needed.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Budget and Cost Management:\xc2\xb7 Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are completed within financial constraints.\xc2\xb7 Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.\xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.Quality Control:\xc2\xb7 Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve any issues or deficiencies promptly.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required specifications and standards.Safety Management:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement safety plans and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for construction teams.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.Client and Stakeholder Communication:\xc2\xb7 Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status.\xc2\xb7 Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.\xc2\xb7 Ensure client satisfaction with the finished project.Documentation and Reporting:\xc2\xb7 Maintain detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement- A collaborative and dynamic work environment- Involvement in high-profile and diverse projects- Ongoing training and development programsLAMBSROCK is an equal opportunity employer.
