Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The foreman will act as a liaison between the workforce and management, playing a critical role in the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities based on project requirements and worker skills

Project Execution :

• Plan daily operations and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure projects progress according to timelines and specifications.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor workmanship to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Inspect completed work and address any deficiencies promptly.

Material and Equipment Management:

• Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability.
• Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,094.67 - ?34,224.72 per month
