Job Summary: The Construction Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and management of facilities on construction sites. This includes ensuring that all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations, managing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, handling client complaints, and ensuring the smooth operation of all site facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities on the construction site.
• Ensure all systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all facilities comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
• Client Complaint Handling:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints and concerns related to site facilities.
• Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a log of complaints and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and facility operations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on facility status and performance.
• Document any changes or upgrades to facility systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management within the construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?68,860.36 per month
