Salary: ?25,000 - ?28,000 (In-Hand, Fixed)

We are looking for a talented Estimation Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. This role is essential for preparing accurate cost estimates for building projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project documents, including specifications and architectural drawings.
• Conduct quantity take-offs to quantify materials and labor needed.
• Estimate direct and indirect costs using various methods.
• Prepare detailed project budgets, incorporating contingencies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine estimates.
• Stay informed on market trends and local building codes.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software and strong analytical skills.
