In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our ConnectWise RMM platform, as well as developing and maintaining scripts to automate tasks and streamline operations.

We are seeking a talented and proactive ConnectWise RMM Implementation Administrator and Scripting Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our ConnectWise RMM platform, as well as developing and maintaining scripts to automate tasks and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and configuration of ConnectWise RMM to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
- Design and deploy monitoring policies, scripts, and automation workflows to proactively monitor and manage client environments.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and recommend best practices for ConnectWise RMM deployment.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on how to utilize ConnectWise RMM effectively.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of ConnectWise RMM configurations to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ConnectWise RMM functionality, scripts, and integrations, and implement solutions to address any issues or gaps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in ConnectWise RMM and scripting technologies, and recommend enhancements or improvements as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in ConnectWise RMM implementation and scripting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong technical proficiency in ConnectWise RMM configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ConnectWise Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
