Job Description

:

As a Confirmit Survey Programmer, you will be responsible for creating surveys/programming surveys, and ensuring the technical accuracy and functionality of surveys within the Confirmit platform. You will work closely with market researchers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality survey solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Survey Programming : Utilize Confirmit software to program complex surveys including skip logic, piping, and other advanced features.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of surveys to ensure functionality, data integrity, and adherence to project specifications.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of survey specifications, programming logic, and technical processes.
• Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, researchers, and clients to understand survey objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Confirmit is essential.
• Strong understanding of survey methodology and market research principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in survey programming using Confirmit or similar survey software.
• Experience in a market research or data collection environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality survey solutions on time and within scope.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Confirmit or similar survey programming software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in survey programming and market research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
