Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Config Ops - Supervisor India will be to independently lead a team of 4-6 Config Ops Specialists. Config Ops is responsible for taking Customer information, and process in Salesforce and ECON to create the Sales Order. The Supervisor will be responsible for training, continual education, queue management, SLA adherence, and quality. You will be joining a large hard-working team who support end-to-end processing in support of our Commercial team and Las Vegas/ Tulsa operations. What You'll Do

• Effectively manage the Config Ops India Team, able to work independent of centralized support in the US
• Review Config Queue, and throughout the day, ensure that all work has been assigned out to the processors
• Ensure that assignment of work is prioritized based upon business needs, and skillset of employees.
• Be the point of escalation for the Config Ops Specialist, and the POC between the Config Ops India Team and the Config Ops US team
• Facilitate a daily standup with the US Config Ops Managers to review daily output and escalations
• You will regularly interact with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance and Manufacturing teams to manage the end-to-end process up to and including timely shipment of orders.
• Ensure process adherence across all team members, aligning to published work instructions and workflow
• Assist with training of new hires as well as assist with advanced configuration questions and escalations to leadership.
• Have the ability to work as a Processor, the Supervisor needs to be able to process and QC orders as an individual contributor if needed
• Ensure quality standards are met and adhered to, including FPY, QC Peer Review Process, and QFF Scorecard

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Proficiency in using order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and analytical tools to analyse data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with SalesForce, D365 preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to order management, compliance, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel and Access
• Excellent English language skills
