• Creation, Support & Implementation for Windows 10 & 11 Imaging using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune)
• Dynamic Driver injection, Patch Management, Application Packaging & SCCM/Intune Image Management.
• End to End Project Management following the process starting with documentation (SOW) till the Product Delivery.
• Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution.
• Third Level Escalation Support to NTT Data Technical Support Teams.
• Designing & Implementing Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Customers with Server Imaging and Support.
• OEM Driver Management and Integration.
• Developed Custom images as per the client\'s requirement.
• Must be working knowledge of driver management through MDT / SCCM /Intune
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Knowledge is a must.
• Should have worked on Image creation, regular Image update process for clients.
• Knowledge in Image Management using SCCM OSD and Intune
• Should have built OS Images using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (co-management)
• Hardware & Platform Independent Images using VMWare Technology.
• Must has good communication skill, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Auto Pilot
• Should have knowledge of Tachyon, Nomad, Nexthink, PatchMy PC.
• Should have good knowledge of SQL query, PowerShell & excel reporting
• Should have experience of handling team for the task assignment and helping them for technical query.
• Should have knowledge of Application and OS level vulnerability remediation.
• Must has a good communication skill (Written & Verbal)
