The position would require working closely with the Channel, Academia and Enterprise teams to understand their needs, opportunities within existing relationships as well as new clients for sales and other customized solutions. Job Responsibilities: . Conceptualize and run/execute conferences and other related events as per the approved calendar/schedule and charter. This work shall include preparation of conference agenda, speaker, delegate and sponsorship acquisition, among other tasks involved in successful execution. . Initiating, leading and executing the tie-ups with Associations / Forums/ Clubs etc. . Create engagement plans for the speakers & attendees of each event. . Communicate effectively and develop relationships at various levels with senior management in relevant industries . Due diligence in providing accurate forecasting, and activity reports . Acts as a point of contact for the industry and connect them to the enterprise team as appropriate Required Education, skills and experience: The candidate requires a strategic approach of designing and executing the calendar/schedule for the year. The candidate must possess robust relationship building skills amongst the relevant industries and strategically introduce the sales team wherever required. Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in managing conferences, end to end. Bachelor\'s or post graduate or an MBA with excellent communication skills in English language.
